Gilgooma Garden Saltbush Seasoning

Old Man Saltbush is a native that sheep eat, but is also a staple in our kitchen. Our Saltbush Seasoning is also available with rosemary, which provides another hardy hedge in our garden.

Saltbush Dukkah recipe suggestion: Chop 1/2 cup macadamias, 1/2 cup almonds, 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds. Add 1/4 cup sesame seeds and toast in a pan. Toast 1/2 cup Gilgooma Saltbush & Rosemary. Cool and combine.
