Saltbush Lavender Damper Base
Whether at home or your Gilgooma campsite, a fresh damper with an inspired seasoning from the Gilgooma garden can’t be beat!
Cooking instructions: combine with 80g cubed butter and ¾ cup of water. Knead on a floured surface until smooth. Dust with a little extra flour and bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
